NFL star Alvin Kamara is apparently a big fan of Colin Kaepernick.
The New Orleans Saints star running back rocked the jersey of the disgraced former 49ers star and a hat that read, “MAKE AFRICA HOME AGAIN,” following his squad’s win over the Redskins Monday night. You can check out the photo from Josh Katzenstein below.

Maybe it’s just me, but I really don’t understand what the hell Kamara is thinking here? NFL fans do not like Kaepernick. That’s simply a fact. Sure, he might have a new trendy Nike campaign, but I really don’t think the NFL fan grilling out during the tailgate is now all of a sudden a fan. Let’s not forget that the apparel’s company favorability rating has tanked. A new ad push isn’t going to make all of us forget about the past few years. He’s bad for business. Believe in something. Even if it means sacrificing everything. #JustDoIt
If I were in the NFL, the last person I’d want my brand associated with is Colin Kaepernick, and it’s not even a close call. Plus, what does his hat even mean? Of course, I’m sure Kamara also doesn’t have a clue.

Somebody needs to sit these players down and explain to them Kaepernick is a cancerous and toxic brand. He just is. His supporters might not like to hear it, but it’s the truth. Kneeling for the anthem caused massive headaches for the league. It was a huge problem.
As to why some players can’t figure that out, I don’t know. It seems like common sense.
