It’s Hannah Jeter’s birthday on Sunday.

Born in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, the “Vacation” star got her first big break in the entertainment business when she was cast to walk in Ralph Lauren’s Spring/Summer runway show in 2006. She also modeled for the likes of Victoria’s Secret and Tommy Hilfiger. But it wouldn’t be until she was selected to appear in the coveted annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit magazine that she would become a worldwide celebrity. Most recently, she made headlines with news she and husband MLB star Derek Jeter had welcomed their second daughter, Story Grey Jeter, into the world in January.
