Democratic California Rep. Maxine Waters wants to impeach President Donald Trump, but there was a time when Waters spoke out against Republicans calling for impeachment during the Clinton administration.
Back in 1998, Waters called Republicans who called for impeachment “extremists” who distort the Constitution with “pious language.”
