Khloé Kardashian, Tristan Thompson Threaten Lawsuit On Woman Claiming To Have Child With The NBA Player

Reality star Khloé Kardashian and NBA star Tristan Thompson have threatened to sue a woman claiming Thompson is the father of her child.

The lawyer for the two sent a cease-and-desist letter Wednesday to Kimberly Alexander asking her to “immediately stop defaming them with malicious defamatory lies and specious fabrications,” according to a report published by E! News.

“After it was indisputably established by a paternity test performed by one of the most reputable labs that Mr. Thompson is not your child’s father, we thought that would be the end of this,” attorney Marty Singer wrote in the letter obtained by E! News. “Instead, you have continued to spread outrageous lies about my clients, including ridiculous fictional conspiracy theories that you conjured up claiming that my clients supposedly somehow falsified the paternity test results since members of the Kardashian family had previously used the same trustworthy lab.”

“It is obvious that the reason you are spreading these lies about my clients is because you want your 15 minutes of fame,” he added. “My clients will not tolerate your despicable conduct.” (RELATED: Khloé Kardashian Could ‘Borrow’ Sperm From Ex Tristan Thompson To Have Another Child)

A website called Gossip Of The City published text messages Alexander claimed were from Thompson along with the report that Thompson had taken a paternity test in January of 2020.

“It has been proven that Mr. Thompson is not the father of your child and we demand that you stop claiming that he is, and that he and Ms. Kardashian somehow falsified the paternity test results,” Singer added in the letter. “It is defamatory per se to falsely assert that someone is a deadbeat dad who allegedly does not support his children, and to falsely accuse my clients of faking paternity test results.”

Kardashian has not been able to catch a break in this news cycle recently. First, she had to shut down rumors that she is pregnant again with Thompson’s child and then literally the same day she had to send a cease-and-desist letter to this woman claiming Thompson is the father of her baby too.

The drama never stops in the Kardashian world. You have to admire it.
