The streaming numbers out of Washington, DC for a major porn site were reportedly down Wednesday amid Joe Biden’s inauguration.

ImLive.com claimed streaming numbers in DC were down 19%, while numbers for the rest of the country were up 8% during inauguration day in a press release given to the Daily Caller.

ImLive.com reported that their internal analysis “showed traffic from its DC users was down BIG TIME during the inauguration, especially when compared to the rest of the country.”

Spending numbers on the adult entertainment site were also down by 73%, the company reported.

Meanwhile, the website claimed spending was up 17% across the entire United States in comparison to Jan. 19 while member sign ups were also up by 5%. Logins saw a 3% increase from Jan. 19.

“It looks like while the rest of the country was celebrating the inauguration with a little adult fun, Washington D.C. had too much on its plate to get its rocks off,” the press release stated.

This is interesting data. I was not aware that people who watch porn in the District were that invested in politics, but I guess that makes sense.

In 2018, 364,000 people were employed by the federal government while 54% of those jobs were located in the District itself, according to WTOP.

Looks like people had other things to do Wednesday.
