Netflix’s new movie “Munich – The Edge of War” looks like it’s going to be a very fascinating time.

The plot of the film, according to the trailer’s YouTube description, is as follows:

Based on the international bestseller by Robert Harris. It is Autumn 1938 and Europe stands on the brink of war. Adolf Hitler is preparing to invade Czechoslovakia and Neville Chamberlain’s government desperately seeks a peaceful solution. With the pressure building, Hugh Legat, British civil servant, and Paul von Hartmann, German diplomat, travel to Munich for the emergency Conference. As negotiations begin, the two old friends find themselves at the centre of a web of political subterfuge and very real danger. With the whole world watching, can war be averted and, if so, at what cost?

If the trailer is any indication of what’s coming in the movie, I think it’s safe to say fans are in for a very fun and wild time. (RELATED: Watching ‘Band Of Brothers‘ Never Gets Old. Here’s Why It’s Such A Great Series)

Give it a watch below.

Everyone knows that I’m a huge sucker for WWII films and historical films in general. I can’t get enough of them.

I’ve probably seen “Band of Brothers” from start to finish at least 30 times. When I got my new surround system, it was the very first show I tested out. So, you can see my commitment to the genre.

Well, it looks like “Munich – The Edge of War” is going to be one hell of a suspense filled ride about the lead up to WWII and a secret document the Brits want.

Does that get you interested? It damn sure gets me interested!

For those of you interested, you can catch “Munich – The Edge of War” starting January 21 on Netflix!
