We already knew that Tom Brady was the G.O.A.T, but he just solidified his status even more.

During the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ 16-13 comeback win against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, Tom Brady accomplished something that’s never been done before in the entire history of the NFL. The G.O.A.T. became the first player to eclipse 100,000 passing yards in his career, a record which includes both the regular season and playoffs, according to StatMuse.

The greatest of all time would hit the mark after completing a 15-yard pass to Leonard Fournette, Tampa Bay’s running back, in the fourth quarter.

To be exact, Tom Brady has a whopping 87,067 career passing yards in the regular season, going along with 13,049 all-time in the playoffs. Combined, he’s at 100,116 yards.

At this point, how can you possibly deny that Brady is the G.O.A.T.?

100,000 passing yards and seven Super Bowl rings

Those two accolades alone should have Brady at the very top of everybody’s list, included on everybody’s football Mount Rushmore. And if you don’t, well, you’re just a straight up hater.

A lot of anti-Brady people like to use his recent Gisele Bündchen divorce against him, taking advantage of the moment to bury someone who always gave off the appearance of a perfect life.

“He sucks! He should have listened to his wife and retired! He’s old and not good anymore!”

Wrong.

You can’t help but to notice that a lot of people have let his divorce get their perception cloudy.

This season, Brady is ranked second in passing, only behind Patrick Mahomes, with 2,547 yards, according to ESPN. On top of that, he’s first in the league in interceptions, just throwing one this season. His Tampa Bay Buccaneers are still first in the NFC South. Yeah, they’re 4-5, so what?

Brady is still at the top of the league individually, and still has his team at the top of their division.

What exactly is the problem here?

And as far as the “Brazilian bombshell” Gisele Bündchen, Brady can certainly do a lot better, and surely we’ll see that in the near future. This is a 45-year old man who still looks like a male model, is worth $250 million with a $30 million salary from the NFL (via StyleCaster) and has seven Super Bowl rings on his fingers. We’ve already mentioned his individual stats and his team being first place in their division. He’s literally doing everything and appearing everywhere.

This is definitely Gisele Bündchen’s loss, by far. And to make it worse, Brady didn’t even want the divorce. He was the one trying to save the marriage. (RELATED: REPORT: Jeff Bezos, Jay-Z Interested In Purchasing Washington Commanders Together)

How many times have we seen Brady and his team scrape their way to the playoffs just to win the damn Super Bowl when it’s all said and done, or at the very least get close with an appearance in the conference championship?

It’ll happen again this year.

This is Tom Brady, ladies and gentlemen. A king. The G.O.A.T. On his way to compete for another Super Bowl, and soon to have another model on his arm and everybody will forget about that apparent “Brazilian bombshell.”

Legend.
