Margot Robbie admitted to crafting an opportunity to kiss Brad Pitt in her upcoming movie, “Babylon.”
Robbie revealed that there was an epic kiss in the movie, but then explained that it wasn’t technically supposed to happen. “That wasn’t in the script,” Robbie said, “but I thought, ‘When else am I gonna get the chance to kiss Brad Pitt? I’m just gonna go for it,'” the famous actress told E!News on Dec. 5th in a soon-to-air interview.
She went on to describe the kissing scene “was just great,” according to E!News.

Robbie gave fans some details about the movie, explaining that her character, Nellie, is an aspiring actress who is trying to make her Hollywood dreams come true with a bit of help from actors Manny Torres (Diego Calva) and Jack Conrad (Brad Pitt).
She went on to explain how “what will become an iconic kiss scene,” actually came to be.
Robbie said she worked to convince director Damien Chazelle to let her go for the kiss despite it not being in the script. (RELATED: Margot Robbie Says She Was ‘Mortified’ When Barbie Pictures Leaked)

“I said, ‘Damien, I think Nellie would just go up and kiss Jack,'” the 32-year-old actress told E! News. “And Damien was like, ‘Well, she could — wait, hold on. You just wanna kiss Brad Pitt.'”
“And I was like, ‘Oh, so sue me. This opportunity might never come up again.'” Robbie added, without a trace of remorse.
Fortunately for Robbie, Chazelle agreed the kiss would work for the character, and she proceeded to pursue the moment. No word on how Pitt felt about all this.
Robbie also admitted to kissing co-star Katherine Waterson as well. “But I don’t know if that made the cut,” Robbie said.
“Babylon” is set to hit theaters on Dec. 23.
