Bodycam Footage Shows Arrest Of Man Who Allegedly Murdered 9-Year-Old, TV Reporter

Florida police released body camera footage Thursday of a man being arrested after he allegedly shot several people Feb. 22.

Keith Melvin Moses, 19, is accused of shooting five people, killing a woman, girl, and TV reporter, according to CBS News. He allegedly killed Nathacha Augustin in the morning then returned later that day, allegedly killing nine-year-old T’yonna Major and Spectrum News 13 TV journalist Dylan Lyons, who was covering the earlier shooting. Videographer Jesse Walden and Major’s mother were shot and remain in the hospital in critical condition. Major and her mother were allegedly shot at their home, according to Fox 35.

Investigators do not know a potential motive, according to ABC 30.

Orange County Sheriff John Mina reported during a news conference that Moses “has a lengthy criminal history, which include gun charges, aggravated battery and assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, and grand theft charges.”

Mina also reported that Moses was an acquaintance of Augustin, but had no connection to the reporter or videographer or the mother and her daughter.

Moses was taken into custody Feb. 22 and is being charged for first-degree murder, according to WESH.
