Morgan Wallen set a Spotify record Friday after the release of his epic new album “One Thing At A Time.”

The country music legend‘s 36-track album was much anticipated after being teased as early as Dec. 2022. When it was released Friday, it became the most-streamed country music album in a single day by a male artist, and the largest streaming debut of any genre thus far in 2023, according to Antimusic.

Wallen is about to take off on another major tour, building on two years of non-stop hits from his “Dangerous: The Double Album” and a world tour that only ended in October 2023. He’ll be heading out on another world tour starting in Auckland, NZ on March 15.

Joining him will be HARDY, Parker McCollum, ERNEST and Bailey Zimmerman, all incredible talents in their own right.

While most will praise Wallen’s absurdly hard work, and maybe that’s all it is, it’s really not common for musicians to do this much work and release so much music in a small amount of time. However, most musicians make loads of money from touring and brand deals. Could it be that Wallen lost out on a lot of brand deals after he was nearly canceled a few years ago?

If so, then he’d have to be touring in order to make real money. No one in music makes money from just making music anymore — or so I’m told by sources deep within the industry. (RELATED: Brutal Chick Fight Caught On Video At Morgan Wallen Concert)

Whatever the reason, it’s impossible to deny Wallen’s extraordinary hard work. And the new album is freaking incredible. If you’ve not heard it yet, you can check it out here.
