A OnlyFans model and Kim Kardashian lookalike, who reportedly underwent plastic surgery to resemble the star, died April 20 at the age of 34.
It is believed that the death of Christina Ashten Gourkani was related to complications resulting from plastic surgery. Her death was confirmed by her family on a GoFundMe page that was designed to aid in fees associated with her death.
“It is with deep sorrow and an emensly heavy broken heart that we have to share the most shattering, unfortunate and unexpected passing of our beautiful beloved daughter and sister Christina Ashten Gourkani,” her family wrote. “In the early morning hours at approximately 4:31am on 4/20/2023 our family received a tragic phone call from a family member who was frantically screaming and crying histaricaly on the other end of the line….Ashten is dying…Ashten is dying…”

The family shared more details surrounding the traumatic last moments of Gourkani’s life, and described that call as being “a phone call that instantly shattered our world and will forever haunt our family for the rest of our lives.”
“After arriving at the hospital shortly after the phone call our family continued living a nightmare as we were informed that her health and wellbeing had continued to decline in a downward spiral for the worse after suffering from a cardiac arrest,” they said.
The family confirmed Gourkani’s sudden death was being investigated as a homicide related to a medical procedure that took a turn for the worse.
The Onlyfans model was remembered as being “such a caring and loving free spirit that always took the time to bring a smile to anyone’s face she crossed paths with.”

Gourkani went by the moniker “Ashten G” and had amassed a significant fan-following on OnlyFans. She also had over 600,000 followers on Instagram at the time of her death, according to TMZ.
Her last post to social media was less than one week before her death.
