Officials are charging a New Jersey man with terrorism after he allegedly crashed his car into a police station while blasting the Guns N’ Roses song “Welcome To The Jungle,” according to New Jersey prosecutors.

34-year-old John Hargreaves allegedly drove his car into a home before allegedly crashing it into the municipal offices of the Independence Township Police Department in Warren County, New Jersey, on Sept. 20, according to a statement from Warren County Prosecutors.

After the crash, “the defendant exited the vehicle and appeared to be celebrating as he was apprehended by officers on scene as his car stereo blared the song ‘Welcome to the Jungle,'” the statement read. (RELATED: Guns N’ Roses’ ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’ Hits 1 Billion Views On YouTube)

Video shows Hargreaves apparently plow his SUV into the police department and step out of the vehicle with his hands up.

Prosecutors say his alleged initial crash into a Liberty Township homeowner’s garage was an “attempt to scare or harass the homeowner, who the defendant knew.”

Hargreaves faces 10 charges for the pair of incidents. The charges for the alleged Liberty Township crash are one count each of Burglary, Criminal Mischief, Possession of a Deadly Weapon for Unlawful Purposes and Harassment.

The charges for the alleged police department crash are one count of Terrorism, Causing Widespread Injury or Damage, Aggravated Assault, Burglary, Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose and Criminal Mischief.
