A Los Angeles judge ordered Al Pacino to pay his 29-year-old girlfriend Noor Alfallah more than $30,000 a month in child support, according to Page Six.

The legendary actor will also have to pay Alfallah $110,000 upfront before the monthly child support payments begin, according to Page Six. Court documents also reportedly indicated the judge instructed Pacino to pay $13,000 for a night nurse and bear the responsibility of covering any medical bills the child incurs outside of health insurance coverage.

The judge also ordered the 83-year-old actor to invest $15,000 annually into an education fund for the baby, according to Page Six.

The court documents reportedly indicated Alfallah and Pacino will have joint legal custody, but Alfallah will continue to hold primary physical custody.

Alfallah and Pacino are still very much a couple. The two have not broken up, but they have taken legal measures to determine one another’s obligation for reasons yet to be revealed.

The couple’s infant son Roman was a welcome surprise, since Alfallah didn’t intend to get pregnant, sources told TMZ.

This is Alfallah’s first child and Pacino’s fourth. The two were first romantically linked to one another in April 2022, but it was later revealed they had been dating one another since the start of the pandemic and had managed to evade the press for some time, Page Six noted. Alfallah comes from a well-off family, according to a Page Six source, and has a history of dating older, wealthy men. Prior to dating Pacino, she was romantically involved with Mick Jagger.
