Residential surveillance footage captured the moment three men broke into Abigail Ratchford’s home while she was still inside, according to a report Tuesday.
The Instagram model’s backyard cameras showed three men dressed all in black with their faces covered in black ski masks as they broke a large window of her Los Angeles home. The terrifying situation took place on the last weekend of December while Ratchford was inside the residence, on the upper floor, watching a movie, according to TMZ.
The video showed three men standing in her backyard and patio area. They fixated on one particular spot, and within seconds, were able to smash the window’s glass and gain entry into her home.
Sources close to the situation noted that Ratchford was alerted to the situation when her security alarm went off. The burglars were seemingly scared off either by the sound of the alarm or from sounds coming from inside the house at the time, according to TMZ.
Police were called to investigate the matter, but there has been no suspect information released at this time.
It does not appear that anything was taken from her home.

Those with knowledge of the incident said Ratchford was shaken up by the ordeal but did not come face-to-face with the three men who forced their way into her home. Sources noted the Instagram model was scared to think that the situation could have ended differently if she had been coming down the stairs while the men were breaking in, according to TMZ.
