Blink-182 guitarist and singer Tom DeLonge suffered a heat stroke while performing in Paraguay in March.

The famous artist shared details about his experience with his one million Instagram followers on Thursday, explaining what it felt like to experience such a scary medical emergency in front of thousands of fans.

“This was about 1 min before heat stroke hit. Fell to my knees, everything went blurry, then wobbled to the side of the stage and vomited for a bit,” DeLonge wrote to his social media page. “Super fun.”

DeLonge gave a nod to fellow Blink-182 bandmates Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker, who covered for him while he struggled to cope with the toll the heat had taken on his body.

“@markhoppus and @travisbarker made up for the lost time… man, this was not something I’ve ever felt before,” he said. “95 Degrees at a 11pm on stage. But… I made it back and finished the show. Cause that’s what Navy Seals do… @blink182.”

Fan-shared video showed the moment DeLong hunched over on stage, staying close to the ground as he realized he was feeling unwell. It remains unclear whether he made it off stage on his own, or required assistance, but eventually, Hoppus began joking around with the crowd to stall for time.

“Are you having a good time tonight?” he asked the crowd. The band’s fans showed some love by cheering him on. “I don’t know what else to say!” Hoppus added.

He then turned to Barker and asked him to start playing the drums to keep the concertgoers entertained, and Barker immediately obliged.

“I want you to go ape shit, banana pistols on those drums please,” DeLonge told his bandmate. (RELATED: ‘What The F*ck Is Up?’: Blink 182 Plays Secret Gig At Denny’s, Recreating Classic Video)

It’s unclear whether DeLonge received medical attention, though he did return to finish the show.
