The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced Monday that they had bombed Hamas rocket launch posts closely placed inside a humanitarian zone.
The IDF claimed in a tweet that no civilians were present when they “precisely struck the 3 rocket launch posts” embedded in this particular area in Khan Yunis.
“This is just another example of Hamas’ exploitation of the civilian population for their own benefit,” the IDF wrote.

The IDF announced Sunday that it suddenly withdrew all its ground forces from southern Gaza and that only one brigade — the Nahal infantry unit — remained in the entire Gaza Strip, The Times of Israel reported. Some residents of the embattled city returned to its ruins after the IDF departed, the outlet noted.
