Lance Lemmonds is a senior policy advisor and communications director for the Coalition for Public Safety, the largest national effort working to make our criminal justice system smarter, fairer and more cost effective at the federal, state and local level. <br /> <br /> He comes to the Coalition for Public Safety after two years managing communications and public affairs for the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys, assisting prosecutors across the nation in developing proactive and innovative prosecutorial practices.<br /> <br /> Lance’s experience includes time on Capitol Hill as communications director for Congressman Kenny Marchant (TX-24), and three years managing communications for the bi-partisan Congressional Sportsmen’s Caucus on federal and state policy issues affecting millions of hunters and anglers. His campaign experience includes the 2000 George W. Bush for President campaign, and two campaigns advising former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee and U.S. Senator John Boozman. He also guided political operations for the Republican Party of Arkansas as political director in 2002.<br /> <br /> Lance has also conducted communications and public affairs campaigns for the National Association of Chain Drug Stores, Cirque du Soleil, Entergy Corporation and the National Corn Growers Association, and has three years of marketing and on-air broadcast experience with Clear Channel Radio.
